Product Range: ATC - Auto Transformer Speed
Controller |
The ATC range of fan speed controllers are all step auto transformer
type, available for use with single and 3 phase voltage controllable
fans. Transformer speed controllers regulate the voltage output whilst
maintaining a true sine wave. The great advantage of this type of
control is the low motor noise (humming) and almost no EMC emission
problems.

Single Phase
Models have grey (RAL7035) plastic enclosures, with a 5 position rotary
selector switch. The on/off switch is a separate double pole illuminated
rocker type. All models have internal motor protection fusing. All
are suitable for 2 or 3 wire connections.

Three-Phase
Models have grey (RAL7032) metal enclosures, with a 6 position rotary
selector switch, this switch incorporates a “0” off position.
When in the off position all incoming 3 phases are broken. All models
have ventilation top and bottom. The hinged doors are locked with
a removable key.

Optional Extras:
• Both single and 3 phase models are available for use with fan
motors having “TK” (thermal contacts) protection.
• Thermal high temperature trips (manual reset) monitoring internal
temperature that break the incoming supply on tripping.
• Higher current ratings available to special order.
